How Potential Candidates Are Screened
Your personal Staffing Specialist will review and screen all applicants who qualify for your position. Two levels of interviews and screening are conducted before you meet with any of our candidates. First, we pre-interview each candidate in person or by telephone, based on your requirements. Second, each potential applicant must answer a series of Written Interview Questions. All questions and answers, along with our assessment of the candidate are documented and presented to you in the Applicant's profile.

Arranging Interviews
After subjecting each potential applicant to our extensive screening process the Staffing Specialist will now choose the candidate who best "meets" your expressed requirements. Then we will arrange interview times, at your convenience for you to personally interview the selected "cream of the crop".
