If you are hired for a
job through the SureJobs Network you are guaranteed to receive a Hiring bonus
of up to $2500.
All applicants are
eligible for a Hiring bonus if they were hired at a job which they applied to
directly or a job which they where referred to by any member of SureJobs
Network.
How to
qualify:
1)You must keep SureJobs
Network informed of EVERY contact (This includes: all emails, phone
calls and in person contacts) with the employer or recruiter with whom SureJobs
has put you in touch with.
2)Once you accept a “Job Offer” you
must immediately(with in 48 hours) inform SureJobs Network.
Hiring Bonus
payments:
If you keep SureJobs
updated, once hired you are guaranteed to receive from $10 to $2500. The amount
that you will be paid is determined solely by the SureJobs Network and it is
based on various factors such as; a) the salary that you are hired at b)
Whether or not you applied to the job directly or if you were referred by
someone. Generally the Hiring bonus is equal to 1% (maximum $2500) of the hiring fee that is paid by the employer or recruiter and this is based on the First year salary.
The Hiring Bonus is
paid after the person has worked for 1 year at the company. This bonus is a
reward for applying, accepting and keeping a job that is offered through the
SureJobs Network.
